Doug Wagner, President
Douglas C. Wagner has served as President of Voltage Search Media
since Co-Founding the company in June of 2005. Prior to launching
Voltage Search Media, Mr. Wagner was the Head of Search Engine
Marketing for Vendare Media Corporation and from August of 2000
through October of 2004 he served as President of 24/7 Search, Inc., a
subsidiary of 24/7 Real Media, Inc. (TFSM).
Mr. Wagner arrived at 24/7 Real Media through an acquisition of his
company Website Results, L.L.C., where Mr. Wagner served as President
from July 1999 to August 2000.
From February 1998 to June of 1999, Mr. Wagner was President of
Phoenix Financial, LLC, a financial services firm in Baltimore. From
November of 1996 to January 1998, Mr. Wagner was a partner in an
online website development and marketing business which later became
Website Results, LLC.
Mr. Wagner received a B.S. in Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing
and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
Mark R. Brown, EVP
Mark R. Brown has served as the EVP of Voltage Search Media
since Co-Founding the company in June of 2005. Mr. Brown was an
original founder of Website Results which was sold to 24/7 Real Media
for $96 million in August of 2000. He went on to
serve as SVP of the acquiring company, 24/7 Search for five years
and was responsible for both client acquisition and developing
strategic partnerships with the major search publishers.
Mr. Brown has introduced hundreds of Fortune 500 and Blue Chip
Internet companies to Search Engine Marketing and has worked with
the likes of Kohler, eBay, Kimberly-Clark, Orbitz, Avon, MLB, etc. He is
considered a leading authority in interactive marketing.
Mr. Brown received a B.A. in History from Loyola Marymount University.
Christopher Taylor, VP of Technology
Christopher Taylor's multifaceted technical background includes more than 15 years of experience in the internet industry. For the past 7 years Mr. Taylor has been heavily involved with Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Prior to Voltage Media, Mr. Taylor was Senior Software
Engineer at 24/7 Real Media where he pioneered development of real time search marketing bidding technologies and toolsets.
In 1995, Mr. Taylor founded Kiwi Internet Services which served as the largest and one of the first providers of dial-up internet access, web hosting, co-location and T1 services in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Mr. Taylor also founded Kablum.com, a real-time PFR search engine and Myresite.com, a web design and hosting company for real estate professionals.
Prior to founding Kiwi Internet Services, Mr. Taylor contributed a large portion of development effort to the open source community working on such projects as FreeBSD, PHP and Apache.
